Court to decide on case summoning IG Kanja, DCI Amin
Milimani High Court will on Thursday rule on whether it will set aside orders requiring the attendance of Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja and DCI Mohamed Amin in court over the alleged abduction of three Mlolongo men.
Justice Chacha Mwita had issued the orders on January 8 and 13 but both security heads sought to have the orders set aside claiming they were not served.
This assertion comes even as the petitioners led by the Last Society of Kenya (LSK) argued that the IG and DG were properly served.
