The Wiper leader further spoke on the alleged grabbing and forced eviction from more than 4,000 acres of land in Taita Taveta, which he said he witnessed during his visit to affected families.
He reaffirmed his commitment to defending the displaced.
On recruitment into the National Police Service and Kenya Defence Forces, Kalonzo called for a transparent and equitable process that reflects Kenya's diversity.

"KDF belongs to the entire Kenyan nation and must never be reduced to a tribal institution," he said.
He also raised concern over reports that TSC employment forms are being distributed at funerals and allegedly from State House, questioning the fairness of the recruitment.
Kalonzo warned that corruption, tribalism, abuse of public institutions and disregard for constitutional values are eroding the country's foundations, urging Kenyans to remain vigilant and defend national values.
He called on the church to play its pivotal role in ensuring a just and united nation.
"Because you are part of the larger body of Christ, the time has come for the Kenyan church to stand strong for Jesus. The church should never stand for any human being," Kalonzo said.
Kalonzo said no human being should claim pre-eminence when it comes to spiritual matters.
