Jamaican star Shenseea has praised Kenya for the warm welcome and the memorable time she had in the country, despite her Raha Fest show being disrupted.
The singer was performing at Uhuru Gardens on New Year's Eve when some revelers attempted to force their entry.
This left security with no choice but to whisk her off the stage as the police began teargassing the crowd.
She immediately took to social media to express her frustration but has since thanked Kenya for the wonderful experience she had and made a 'kinda' promise.
"Though we owe each other a performance, I still had an amazing time, Kenya. Thank you," she tweeted.
The Hit And Run hitmaker visited the Maasai Mara before her performance, sharing footage of her adventures there. Despite her brief performance at Raha Fest, she managed to perform at a club in Nairobi.

Raha Fest Statement
Raha Fest organizers released a statement addressing the chaos while expressing gratitude to their supporters.
They stressed their efforts to provide Kenyans with top-tier experiences comparable to those in South Africa, Ghana, and Nigeria.
Despite the challenges, the organizers reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining high standards.
They highlighted the success of previous events, such as Raha Rave, headlined by Ya Levis, and the first day of Raha Fest, featuring Bnxn (formerly Buju).
However, they acknowledged the chaos on the final day of Raha Fest, headlined by Shenseea, as a significant setback.
The organizers expressed concern over the growing sense of entitlement among some Kenyans.
"Our security plan did not fail us. Our security support did not fail us. These unruly (occupying) Kenyans failed us. The growing entitlement of a section of Kenya failed us, and there are no winners – we are all worse off for it."

In their conclusion, they issued an apology:
"We genuinely apologize to all those whose Raha experience was affected and made unpalatable on the last day of Raha December... We set out to provide an excellent experience for you, your friends, and family. However, some of us Kenyans failed us."
They ended on a hopeful note:
"We hope 2025 will be a year of course correction for the Kenya entertainment industry. God bless the people and the Republic of Kenya."
