Survey: What will drive companies' growth & expansion

Talent management/reward strategy is among the things that will drive companies' growth and experience.

This is according to the Central Bank of Kenya CEOs Survey November 2024.

The Survey sought to establish the drivers of firm expansion and growth, domestic and external factors that could constrain their growth and/or expansion over the next year and their mitigating factors.

More respondents reported talent management, customer centricity and expansion into new markets as the key drivers of firms’ growth over the next 12 months.
