Pastor and gospel singer Linet Munyali, popularly known as Size 8 Reborn, has admitted that she was deeply immersed in worldly pleasures before making the decision to be saved many years ago.

The mother of two gave her life to Jesus Christ over a decade ago, around the time she married disc jockey Samuel Muraya, popularly known as DJ Mo.

In a recent post, she shared some of her old photos from her time in the secular music industry and, in the caption, she celebrated God's deliverance from that period.

“He brought me out of drugs, promiscuity, and alcohol — that was my direction,” Size 8 said in the photos she posted.

She added, “Glory to God, for His mercy and grace saved us. I am saved.”

Size 8, who began as a secular musician releasing hits that established her as one of the prominent female artists, got saved in 2012.

It was the same year she married DJ Mo, with whom she has two children.

After being saved, she took on the new name Size 8 Reborn and devoted herself to her faith, even giving away some of the valuable possessions she had accumulated from her time in the secular world.

The singer's recent post comes at a time when her marriage is rumored to have ended.

Last month, Size 8 opened up about the difficult decision to end her marriage to DJ Mo, weeks after revealing that she was no longer in a relationship.

In an emotional statement, the singer admitted that despite the harsh public opinions and many rumours, her feelings for DJ Mo remain strong.

Previously, she had shocked her followers by announcing that she was now single, signaling the end of their 11-year marriage.

The announcement was met with a mix of surprise and doubt, with many questioning whether their separation was real or just a publicity stunt.
