Kenyan content creator Terence Creative has issued a public challenge to wealthy foreign exchange traders following a series of controversial social media videos.

The creator urged traders to redirect funds spent on extravagant nightlife displays towards purchasing transport buses for school children.

"I am challenging all rich Forex traders, badala ya kuoga na pombe, hiyo pesa nunueni basi za shule zisaidie watoto and donate them,” Terence Creative said.

A Call for Educational Support

In a public social media statement, Terence Creative directly targeted individuals spending large sums on luxury spirits in entertainment venues.

He suggested that these financial resources should instead support community welfare and children's education.

Terence Creative outlined a specific goal for traders participating in the online trend. He asked them to acquire a substantial fleet of vehicles to help children.

"Am challenging you guys to buy 100 buses, kwani what is money," Terence Creative added.

Viral Alcohol-Washing Stunts

The challenge follows widespread online debate surrounding viral footage of self-proclaimed Kenyan forex traders in clubs. Figures including Chuka Kenyan Prince have filmed themselves using premium liquor to wash their hands or smash bottles in night venues.

During these club appearances, individuals have been filmed having others pour luxury drinks over their hands or onto tables. Participants have used phrases such as "washing away the sins" while treating high-end alcohol like hand sanitiser.

Media content documents these activities taking place at venues such as Al Capone in locations including Nyali and Nakuru.

Social media personality Thee Pluto has also been drawn into online discussions surrounding the nightlife circle and these alcohol-pouring displays.

The alcohol featured in these nightclub displays includes high-value bottles of Hennessy VSOP, Hennessy VS, and Clase Azul tequila. Footage shows individuals pouring out entire 700ml bottles of Hennessy VSOP during club events.

Public Reaction and Debate

The trend has triggered heavy discussion across social media platforms. Public figures and netizens have frequently criticised the acts as unnecessary wastage and clout-chasing.

Online commentators have also raised concerns surrounding these rituals, with critics labelling the displays as *"village mentality.”

Conversely, some observers view the acts as a theatrical display of wealth or new money behaviour.
