Kenyan content creator Carey Priscilla and her husband Ben Murio have left some social media users concerned after sharing footage of themselves climbing a steep mountainside during their trip to China.
The couple documented the adventure in a video showing them navigating a via ferrata route, a mountain climbing trail fitted with steel cables, ladders and other safety equipment.
The footage captured the two suspended along a steep rocky cliff, carefully making their way across the challenging terrain while recording their experience.
The cloudy weather and dramatic drops visible in the background appeared to make the adventure even more intimidating for viewers.
Ben, however, maintained a humorous approach to the experience, comparing their resting positions along the mountain to Kenya Power workers who hang from electricity poles while carrying out repairs.
Carey Priscilla’s China adventure attracts reactions.
The video attracted mixed reactions, with some social media users praising the couple for their adventurous spirit while others expressed concern about the risks involved.
Some followers compared the footage to scenes from the thriller film Fall, which revolves around two women stranded at the top of an extremely tall tower.
