Teacher Cillah has hit back at critics questioning her influencer side hustle after sharing a glimpse of her luxurious holiday in the Maasai Mara.
The Kenyan teacher and content creator, whose real name is Priscilla Wanjiku Karanja, shared an Instagram Reel showing her stay at what appeared to be a high-end tented camp.
The video offered followers a look inside the accommodation, which featured a spacious bedroom, stylish furnishings and a separate room with two beds.
However, it was Cillah's response to her critics that stood out.
"Your main hustle cannot get you here," she said in the video.
"Those complaining are working until the 24th of December. I have two months of untouched holiday to go."
Her remarks appeared directed at people questioning how she balances her teaching career with content creation and influencer work.
Cillah has increasingly documented aspects of her personal life online, attracting attention for her lifestyle content and outspoken personality.
George Ruto's like catches attention.
Among those who engaged with Cillah's holiday video was George Ruto, whose like attracted attention from social media users familiar with their previous online interactions.
The two became a talking point in August after Cillah jokingly expressed interest in marrying George following his sister Charlene Ruto's traditional wedding ceremony.

George joined the playful exchange by asking her for her Teachers Service Commission (TSC) number.
"Ebu TSC number niconfirm kitu," he wrote in response to her earlier post.
The exchange quickly gained traction, with Cillah continuing the joke through videos imagining what a wedding between them might look like.
The banter eventually moved beyond social media when George visited Westlands Primary School, where Cillah teaches, and interacted with pupils and staff.
During the visit, he praised her work as an educator and clarified that he was already in a relationship.
"First of all, let me set the record straight. Mimi niko na bibi," he said at the time.
The school visit shifted attention towards Cillah's work with learners, while bringing their viral social media exchange to a close.
Cillah defends her side hustle.
Her latest holiday video has once again drawn attention to the content creator's life outside the classroom.

By highlighting the getaway and addressing those questioning her income, Cillah appeared keen to demonstrate the opportunities that can come from pursuing content creation alongside conventional employment.
George's like added another talking point to the post, although it does not establish any renewed romantic interest between the two.
For now, Cillah's message to her critics remains clear: she intends to enjoy the benefits of her work without apologizing for them.
