Nakuru County will soon begin providing free uniforms to all public ECDE, Governor Susan Kihika has announced. Speaking during bursary distribution in Mau Narok Ward within, Njoro Sub- County, Kihika said the initiative is aimed to reduce the cost of education for parents and also strengthening early learning outcomes. To boost the local manufacturing sector, the governor said the uniforms will be made by tailoring students in local TVET institutions.
