IEBC has summoned UDA Secretary-General Hassan Omar to appear before its Electoral Code of Conduct Enforcement Committee today, over remarks allegedly suggesting that fingerprints of deceased Kenyans could be used to cast votes in the 2027 General Election. The committee will hear his response and determine whether the remarks breached the Electoral Code of Conduct.
