Television anchor Shiksha Arora recently fielded a rapid quickfire interview with Mpasho’s Kalondu Musyimi. The fast-paced exchange offered fans a personal look into her choices, everyday habits, and aspirations.
During the interview, the presenter explained her decision to remain tattoo-free, revealed her live mobile wallet balance, and discussed her favourite luxury motor vehicle.
Why Ink Has No Place on Her Body
When asked about body art during the session, Arora confirmed that she has no tattoos. She offered a clear and simple reason for choosing to keep her skin free of ink.
"I don't have any tattoos on my body. A Bentley doesn’t need stickers,” she explained.

The Live M-Pesa Balance Reveal
As part of the quickfire format, Musyimi asked the presenter on her current mobile money balance. Arora accepted the challenge without hesitation and opened her M-Pesa account live on camera.
"Let me check my M-Pesa right now. I have fifty thousand and 79 shillings."
The balance of Ksh 50,079 caught viewers' attention, as mobile wallet users rarely keep such exact, substantial amounts readily available for live inspection.
Driven by German Engineering
The dialogue shifted to transport, where Arora spoke about her automotive tastes and driving preferences. She revealed her long-standing admiration for German luxury vehicles.
“My dream car, I’d say a BMW, but now I have a BMW which I’m driving, so now maybe a G-wagon at some point, I know it’s cliché… oooh wait, I know one. A Lamborghini Urus,” she clarified.

From Microbiology to National News
Arora's media trajectory reflects a unique professional background. She spent four years earning a degree in microbiology and biotechnology before pursuing media studies in the United Kingdom.
She started her broadcasting career on radio at East FM. She then moved to TV news anchoring at K24 TV and later to the state broadcaster KBC, where she presented the Easy Friday bulletin. In 2024, Arora joined TV47 to anchor entertainment programmes, including Tribe 47.
Today, she continues to expand her brand through news presentation, dance content, and humanitarian community campaigns across Kenya.
