Kenyan comedian and content creator Millicent Ayuwa, popularly known as Dem wa Facebook, has urged fans to enter relationships with their heads, not their hearts.
In an exclusive Quick Fire session with Mpasho's Kalondu Musyimi, the mother of twins said today's dating scene demands a clear head.
"Nobody is above the programme"
Dem wa Facebook says love today comes with risks, and fans should protect themselves.
"Usipende na roho… sahizi penda na akili. Usiweke roho yako huko," she said.
The comedian believes no one is beyond heartbreak. She said even the strongest person can find someone stronger.
"Nobody is above the programme… you can be the programme and there is somebody above you," she told Mpasho.

She also warned about unreturned love, citing a line from singer Otile Brown. The person you love may be in love with someone else.
"Otile alisema mwenye unampenda hakupendi, anapenda mwengine. Anayependa mwengine, na hii ndo inahappen sahii," she said.
Her advice for anyone starting a relationship was blunt.
"Sahii ukiingia kwa relationship, ingia na brain. Roho wacha ipump blood"
A new chapter as a mother
Dem wa Facebook surprised fans in June 2026 when she revealed that she had given birth to twin daughters.
The twins arrived on 20 May 2026 at exactly 7.25am. She had spent the month since then quietly embracing motherhood, away from the public eye.
She said she needed time to enjoy the moment privately before sharing it with the world.
Keeping love private
Dem has long kept her love life out of the spotlight. In October 2025, she said she had been with her boyfriend for nearly three years. She said they met in Nairobi, became friends first and began dating after almost a year.
She also stressed that he is not a public figure. She has not named him.
