Presidential hopeful David Maraga has pledged to promote integrity and accountability in his government if elected in the 2027 General Election. Speaking to Kenyans living in the United States, Maraga vowed to take firm action against corruption and prosecute leaders found guilty of graft. The UGM presidential candidate also promised to protect public resources, blaming weak anti-corruption laws for undermining Kenya’s economic development.
