Victims of abduction and enforced disappearance may struggle to get justice due to lack of political goodwill. Rapid Response Officer at MUHURI Francis Auma says those accused of abductions cannot investigate themselves, while IPOA lacks the capacity to handle the cases. He remains optimistic that justice will eventually be served.
