Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna and other Linda Mwananchi members have received a reprieve after the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal ruled that the Registrar of Political Parties had no legal basis to reject the reservation of the name “Linda Mwananchi.” The Tribunal found that the decision breached the Constitution and ordered the Registrar to reconsider the application and issue a fresh decision within seven days.
