The Senate has adjourned its sitting to later today after failing to raise the required quorum to conduct legislative business. The House was scheduled to host three Cabinet Secretaries to respond to questions on their respective ministries. They are Prime Cabinet Secretary and Foreign Affairs CS Musalia Mudavadi, Environment CS Deborah Barasa and Transport CS Davis Chirchir. At least 15 senators are required to constitute a quorum.
