A section of Coast leaders has praised President William Ruto’s administration for its efforts to address historical land injustices in the region. Speaking during the issuance of more than 94,000 title deeds to Kwale residents, the leaders led by Likoni MP Mishi Mboko said the documents would help transform squatters into legal landowners and fulfill Ruto’s pledge to address the long-standing issue. The leaders also expressed support for Ruto’s re-election bid in the 2027 General Election.
