EACC has secured a court order to recover assets worth Sh426.8 million linked to former Kilifi Land Registrar and other associates.The assets include cash, houses and land in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kilifi, as well as three vehicles.The court ruled that the assets could not be explained by their known income and ordered them forfeited to the government.
