Sports and Youth Affairs CS Salim Mvurya says close to 15,000 beneficiaries in the first NYOTA lot are awaiting placement into apprenticeship programmes. CS Mvurya says the apprenticeships are scheduled to commence on April 20th, following the successful onboarding of host organisations. He says preparations for the remaining lots are complete, with service-provider contracts signed and rollout planned over two months.
