Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen says more than 8,000 National Police Reservists will undergo training at Magado Field Training Camp in phases over the next eight months. Murkomen says the training will bring reservists from different communities together and assess their effectiveness and capabilities. He says those unable to withstand the training will be released and replaced, as the government seeks to strengthen the NPR programme.
