The Director of Public Prosecutions has secured death sentences against two men after they were convicted of four counts of robbery with violence at Moyale Law Courts. Nashon Ochieng Agutu and Jackson Okech Odhiambo were found guilty of robbing four residents in Dabel, Moyale Sub-County, Marsabit County, in April last year. The two, who were armed with guns and other dangerous weapons, also assaulted the victims and stole cash, mobile phones and personal belongings. The court gave them 14 days to appeal.
