The Azimio la Umoja Coalition has rebranded as the Ukombozi Alliance, with Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka saying the new outfit will begin formal engagements to strategize on the way forward. Kalonzo said additional parties, including Umoja na Maendeleo, David Maraga’s United Green Movement and the Linda Mwananchi coalition, are expected to join the alliance. The rebranding comes as political parties intensify preparations ahead of the 2027 General Election.
