Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi has warned of a growing terrorism threat in sub-Saharan Africa and the Horn of Africa. CS Mudavadi says six of the ten countries most impacted by terrorism in 2026 are in sub-Saharan Africa, while four of the five countries accounting for nearly 70 percent of global terrorism deaths are in Africa. He cited regional conflicts and weakening state institutions as key concerns.
