Government has been urged to establish boarding school facilities in every county for girls at risk of early marriage. Former Anti-FGM CEO Bernadette Loloju says the facilities would offer protection and help reduce early marriages and teenage pregnancies, warning that failure to address the problem could perpetuate the cycle of poverty.
