Aga Khan University Hospital in Nairobi has expanded its robotic surgery programme to gynaecological care, successfully removing an ovarian cyst measuring more than 10 centimetres. The robotic-assisted procedure follows the hospital’s first robotic surgery in August, which involved gallbladder removal.
