Kibwezi West MP Mwengi Mutuse has welcomed proposed government reforms aimed at ensuring students admitted to public universities and colleges can access fully financed higher education regardless of their families’ financial backgrounds. He said the proposed Universal Student Funding Model would help ensure no student is locked out of higher education because of financial constraints.
