The People’s Coalition on Electoral Reforms, led by former CJ David Maraga and former AG Justin Muturi, has unveiled proposed mandatory electoral reforms ahead of the 2027 General Election. The coalition is calling for an audit of the voters’ register to remove deceased voters, greater transparency in the procurement of electoral technology and other measures aimed at strengthening the credibility of the electoral process.
