Those planning outdoor events this weekend in the North Rift, Western and Central regions have been advised to prepare for possible light to moderate rains. Franklin KomolKorir from the Meteorological Department says there are also slight chances of similar rains in parts of Lamu, while other coastal areas are likely to remain dry.The southeastern lowlands, northeastern and northwestern regions are also expected to experience mainly dry conditions.
