Persons with disabilities are calling on the government to formulate all regulations under the Disability Act 2025 before its term ends. Disability inclusion expert Sam Odawo says despite the enactment of the law under the Kenya Kwanza government, implementation is yet to begin. He wants the Act domesticated and fully implemented by all counties.
