MPs have directed the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) to provide a list of higher learning institutions owing it more than Sh500 million. Appearing before the National Assembly Education Committee, KUCCPS CEO Mercy Wahome said several universities had failed to remit the Sh1,500 placement fee charged for each student successfully placed in an institution.
