The DCI has recommended the prosecution of police officers and auctioneers involved in the controversial eviction from land linked to murdered psychiatrist Dr Victoria Nthunya Mutiso. The officers could face charges including malicious damage to property, while others may be charged with stealing if the recommendations are approved. The DCI is also pursuing more suspects in Mutiso’s murder and has identified the land dispute as a possible motive for the killing.
