United Democratic Movement (UDM) leader Ali Roba has urged the government to provide a clear preparedness plan ahead of the expected El Niño rains. Roba warned that counties in North Eastern Kenya could be severely affected and called for clarity on contingency measures, resources and response strategies to mitigate potential impacts on communities.
