Communications Authority Director David Mugonyi says a new guide on investigating and prosecuting cybercrime will strengthen the fight against offences committed online. Mugonyi says the Rapid Reference Guide will strengthen the link between cybersecurity incident response, investigations and prosecution. He says the tool will also provide a practical resource for stakeholders dealing with cybercrime cases and help them better understand the legal and institutional frameworks governing such offences.
