Kenyan socialite and content creator Risper Faith has revealed the simple method she used to regain her flat stomach after giving birth to her second child in the United States.
The socialite, popularly known as Lady Risper, recently welcomed a baby daughter. She has since turned to social media to share her post-pregnancy rehabilitation journey with her followers.
Back to Basics
Rather than opting for expensive clinical procedures immediately, the socialite revealed that she relied on a traditional approach to keep her tummy from sagging. She showed her fans how she bound her midsection after delivery to keep it firm.
Taking to Instagram, she posted: "Siri ni kufunga tumbo guys get the waist binders.”
This simple technique marks a significant shift from her first postpartum recovery. Following the birth of her firstborn son in December 2018, she struggled heavily with her body image.
“Naona kila mtu anauliza tumbo imeenda wapi? Nyinyi watu, huko Kenya mnadanganywa, hata ukizaa na CS kumbe unafaa kufunga tumbo. Mimi nilitoka hivi theatre wakanipatia waist binders wakaniambia finya hiyo kitu,” she revealed.
Past Struggles with Baby Fat
In 2020, Lady Risper opened up about her intense battle with weight gain. After her first pregnancy, she saw her weight rise to 116 kilograms. She explained that she felt extremely uncomfortable and lacked confidence.
At the time, she told KDRTV: "I gave birth via CS and my tummy was left hanging as I could not tie it, it was so big."
She added: "It wassagged, I would use a waist trainer and a body shaper but it was very uncomfortable."
To address the issue, she paid Ksh 450,000 for a surgical liposuction procedure at Body by Design Kenya. The operation successfully removed eight litres of fat from her stomach and lower back. However, she later struggled to maintain her weight, which eventually reached 125 kilograms.
The Cost of a US Delivery
For her second pregnancy, Lady Risper chose to deliver in the United States after obtaining a Green Card earlier in 2026. This journey also came with substantial financial costs.
As reported by Mpasho, she flew business class to America with her son, spending a total of Ksh 950,000 on airfare. This included Ksh 500,000 for her ticket and Ksh 450,000 for her son.
Furthermore, her delivery via Caesarean section at a private US hospital cost approximately Ksh 1.5 million, which is around USD 11,000. This bill included $3,464, or roughly Ksh 500,000, for her newborn baby's medical care.
Playful Family Moments
In a recent vlog, the socialite and her husband, Brian, shared insights into their new postpartum life, discussing their daughter's sleeping patterns and nappy routines.
While Brian playfully suggested having more children because of the ease of "gentle care baby pants", Lady Risper quickly shut down the idea, stating, "I'm not having another baby."
