The government should partner with PSV owners to train drivers on customer care and courtesy to help curb rogue behaviour in the public transport sector. MOA Chairman Albert Karakacha says although most SACCOs conduct due diligence when hiring drivers, cases of rogue drivers are still reported. He adds that as taxpayers, matatu owners have a right to be treated well and supported.
