Africa’s current generation must transition from fighting for political freedom to securing economic freedom. Speaking during the inauguration of Zambia’s President Hakainde Hichilema, President William Ruto stressed that the continent must stop exporting raw materials and instead add value locally. He urged leaders to harness Africa's rich resources, arable land, and youthful population to build homegrown prosperity.
