Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen has announced that the Kiganjo police training college will soon be upgraded into a campus of the National Police University. Speaking during a passing-out parade, Murkomen noted that the institution will partner with the National Defense College to offer diploma and degree programs, anchoring a broader push to make continuous professional training the cornerstone of police reforms.
