Four suspects accused of murdering Dr Victoria Thunya Mutiso will undergo a 14-day psychiatric assessment before they can formally plead to the murder charge. The four appeared before Justice Kanyi Kimondo at the Milimani Law Courts, where the court ordered that they be assessed at Mbagathi Hospital or another government facility. The suspects are accused of murdering Dr Mutiso on July 29, 2026, along Mawensi Road in Kilimani, Nairobi.
