Independent institutions must never operate as isolated islands. Speaking at KICC during celebrations marking 16 years of the 2010 Constitution, Attorney General Dorcas Odour insisted that while safeguarding their vital autonomy, constitutional commissions and independent offices must actively collaborate with other branches of government and agencies to effectively serve the public and fulfill their shared mandate.
