Thirty people have been arrested at the Allsops footbridge along the Thika Superhighway for allegedly crossing the road at undesignated points. The National Transport and Safety Authority says the ongoing enforcement is aimed at protecting pedestrians and other road users from accidents and traffic disruptions. NTSA has urged pedestrians to always use designated footbridges and crossing points.
