Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has called on county governments to adequately prepare for the projected El Nino rains. Speaking during the 30th ordinary IBEC session at his Karen residence, Kindiki said the national government has heighted preparedness including pre-positioning relief supplies in vulnerable areas and unclogging drainage systems to prevent and minimise flooding incidents.
