Council of Governors Chairperson Ahmed Abdullahi praised Treasury CS John Mbadi for the timely release of county funds, noting an improvement from delays in previous years.  Speaking the 30th ordinary IBEC session at his Karen residence, Abdullahi urged the National Treasury to fix bottlenecks in public procurement rules so counties can fully spend all the money allocated to them.
