A section of opposition and Linda Mwananchi leaders has continued to rally behind Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna as a potential challenger to President William Ruto in the 2027 elections. Speaking during the burial of Gloria Khalwale, wife of Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale, the leaders said Sifuna has the political credentials and capacity to take on Ruto and lead the country after the 2027 elections.
