Lawyer Angela Mulwa appeared in court Friday after DCI homicide detectives re-arrested her over investigations into Dr Victoria Mutiso’s murder. Her lawyer, Danstan Omari, questioned the continued use of miscellaneous applications, arguing prosecutors should file substantive charges if evidence exists. Mulwa had been released on Sh1 million cash bail in a separate stolen Range Rover case before her re-arrest. Mutiso was shot dead in Nairobi’s Upper Hill area.
