COTU Secretary-General Francis Atwoli has secured a legal victory after the Employment and Labour Relations Court struck out a petition challenging his re-election. Justice Jemimah Keli ruled that the court lacked jurisdiction to hear the case, which questioned the March 14 election over claims that affiliate unions had not completed their electoral processes.
