Kenya Power has introduced performance management contracts targeting more than 6,000 union employees to strengthen accountability, boost productivity and improve customer service. The move follows over two decades of negotiations between the management and the Kenya Electrical Traders and Allied Workers Union. Managing Director Joseph Siror said the process was guided by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.
