Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja says health reforms being implemented by both the national and county governments have contributed significantly to reducing maternal deaths. Speaking during the Health Summit in Nairobi, Sakaja said closer collaboration between the two levels of government and improved health services are helping save the lives of mothers and newborns.
