DCP leader Rigathi Gachagua is calling on the international community to help dismantle the culture of goonism in the country, following what he terms as the government reluctance to address the vice. Speaking while hosting Wiper Party delegates, Gachagua alleged that goonism is part of a well-planned plot to destabilize the country and prevent it from heading to the polls next year.
