Kenyan social commentator Sabato has criticized Tanasha Donna over her recent interaction with Tanzanian singer Zuchu, accusing her of embarrassing Kenyans with a congratulatory message to Diamond Platnumz’s new family.

Sabato questioned why Tanasha would publicly congratulate Zuchu despite the difficult history surrounding her past relationship with Diamond Platnumz, with whom she shares a son.

Sabato Questions Tanasha’s Move

Speaking about Tanasha’s gesture, Sabato did not hold back, suggesting that the Kenyan singer may still have unresolved feelings for her former partner.
“Lakini Tanasha Donna ametuangusha kama Wakenya, anajipendekeza tu kwa Diamond,” Sabato said, questioning the motivation behind her actions.
He went on to compare Tanasha’s approach with that of Diamond’s other former partner, Zari Hassan, whom he believes has maintained a different attitude towards the Tanzanian star’s relationships.
“Ju mi sielewi, after vitu Diamond alimfanyia bado anarudi huko,” he added.

‘Zari Hawezi Fanya Hiyo Upuzi’

Sabato further brought Zari Hassan into the conversation, arguing that she would not behave in the same manner.
“Zari na ufedule yake hawezi fanya hio upuzi,” he stated, making it clear that he sees Zari as someone who has moved on from her relationship with Diamond.
His remarks have sparked discussion around how former couples should interact after moving on, particularly when children and new relationships are involved.

Claims Tanasha Has Not Moved On

Sabato went a step further by suggesting that Tanasha could still be holding onto the possibility of reuniting with Diamond.
“Tanasha ni kama hajawai move on, anaishi kwa fantasy ya kurudiana na Chibude,” he claimed.
The remarks come amid continued public interest in Diamond’s relationships, with fans often scrutinising interactions between the singer, his former partners and his current family.
Tanasha and Diamond were once one of East Africa’s most talked-about celebrity couples before their relationship ended. The two, however, continue to share a connection through their son.

While Sabato sees Tanasha’s gesture as unnecessary, others may interpret it differently—as a sign of maturity, cordiality or simply an attempt to maintain peace within a complicated family dynamic.
For now, his comments have added another layer to the ongoing conversation, with social media users left debating whether Tanasha’s gesture was genuinely innocent or whether, as Sabato claims, there could be more behind it.
