Employers are advised not to insist on keeping a domestic worker after noticing worrying changes in their behaviour. Kenya National Union of Domestic Workers Secretary General Moses Mwangi says employers should terminate the contract if necessary, while paying all dues, and ensure workers have genuine ID numbers and proper referrals.
